1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 998jl ("998jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 998jl online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 998jl.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 998jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 998jl Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing any part of the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 998jl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in online casino and sports betting activities is 21 years. 998jl strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 998jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

998jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 998jl may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and services on 998jl, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 998jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your 998jl account.
• Notify 998jl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

998jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

998jl supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 998jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 998jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts in good standing can expect GCash withdrawals to be processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

998jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

998jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page.
• 998jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 998jl Platform operate according to published rules specific to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. 998jl is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All game outcomes on 998jl are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. 998jl is committed to fair play and submits its gaming systems to independent auditing.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 998jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 998jl is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 998jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 998jl staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

998jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all verified account holders to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 998jl Platform without prior written consent from 998jl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 998jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

998jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

998jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 998jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 998jl.net/terms-conditions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between you and 998jl shall first be referred to 998jl customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. 998jl operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
